*Each successfully registered professor may nominate up to two accompanying students to receive a 50% discount on their registration fees.

**The banquet fee represents only a partial contribution from participants; the remaining cost will be covered by sponsor support.

Credit Card Payment

  • ONLY VISA, MASTER, and JCB CARDS are ACCEPTABLE.
  • Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online.
  • Participants can make payment on any browser in WINDOWS. Other PC environments (ex. MAC OS) are not possible due to the security program installation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A 100% refund will be granted if a written cancellation request is received no later than December 15th, 2026. Cancellations received on or after December 16th, 2026, will not be eligible for a refund of the registration fee. Please note that all bank service charges will be deducted from the refunded amount, and all approved refunds will be processed after the conference has concluded.
