Welcome Message

It is my great pleasure and honor to welcome you to the 3rd International Symposium on Carbon Materials (ISCM-3) 2027. This distinguished event will be hosted by National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) in the vibrant harbor city of Kaohsiung, Taiwan, from January 18 to January 22, 2027. Centered on the theme of Carbon for Sustainability, the symposium will feature outstanding plenary, keynote, and invited lectures, providing an excellent platform for sharing cutting-edge knowledge, recent research advances, and emerging technologies across the broad field of carbon materials.

To further enhance the visibility of participants’ outstanding research, selected contributions will be considered for publication in a special issue. In addition, we are preparing engaging social and technical programs, including opportunities to explore the semiconductor industry in southern Taiwan, together with Kaohsiung’s beautiful natural landscapes and vibrant local culture. Once again, we warmly welcome you and look forward to seeing you at 2027 ISCM-3 in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
